OCA verify timing

Hey team, I've had a valid OCA since april contributing to other oracle
projects, but it seems the bot doesn't recognize me when I raised a PR to
openjdk.

It has been more than two weeks since I commented `/signed`. Is it supposed
to take so long to verify the OCA?
