Adding Microtonal support to Java Sound

Hi to all,

Great news about the Open JDK!

Possibly microtonal support can also be added now, as described in  
bug ID 470530.

It would be excellent if the new synth could handle an extended note  
event, this way elaborate channel allocators would be a thing of the  
past.
