Could you please review a fix for 6806019: 38 JCK api/javax_sound/midi/ tests 
fails starting from jdk7 b46

The issue was discovered testing jdk7, but openjdk6 has the same bug (it's 
Gervill issue).

The fix: http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~amenkov/6806019/webrev.00/

The file changed (SoftSynthesizer.java) has no differences in openjdk 6 & 7, so 
the fix is targeted to both jdks.
