<Sound Dev> Where to file bugfix proposals for com.sun.media.sound?

Hello,

I've found a nasty crash bug in com.sun.media.sound.FastSysexMessage.
But it was an obvious mistake and easy to fix by hacking the byte
code and replacing the class file in rt.jar (of jdk 1.8).

Now, who could fix that for the original jdk/jre delivery?
Is anybody at all working on the closed source sound code?
I hesitate to use the OpenJDK bug report system, because these
people seem to get only binaries.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
