<Sound Dev> Stuck thread when closing midi device

Hello,

I found a bug in the Midi implementation which causes the "Java Sound
MidiInDevice Thread" not to get terminated. Making the midi device unusable
in the future and causing the JVM not to terminate properly.

There is already a bug report available for this: JDK-8232862.

Is there anyone who can help me in fixing this issue?
I already tried the latest JDK16-ea build with tracing enabled and can
provide the output if required.

Interestingly I was able to reproduce the issue on Windows as well when
using certain midi devices, but I'm not sure yet if this is related to the
osx issue.
