HSAIL backend Deoptimization and Allocation wiki pages

To reflect recent checkins on the graal trunk, I have updated a couple of pages on the Sumatra wiki dealing with HSAIL backend deoptimization  and allocation.  Suggestions for further experiments in this area are welcome.
