<Swing Dev> Problem with JButton

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, please tell me where
to go with it if that's the case.

I'm having this issue where the text in a JButton gets truncated (i.e.
the first part of the string is shown, then ellipses) if the string ends
in the character 'v', even if the JButton is in a layout that would
allow it to expand. I'm using the openjdk from Ubuntu 10.04, and this
problem seems specific to openjdk (someone on ubuntuforums didn't have
this issue using sun-java).

I would like to know where to go to file a bug report, since the
bugzilla link on the contribute page (bugs.openjdk.java.net) doesn't
appear to work.
