<Swing Dev> Accessibility tools for JDK

Hi,

 

I have a bunch of fixes targeting better accessibility for the Swing
components in Java. Before I contribute them, I would like to know if the
OpenJDK community recommends any particular tool for validating these
changes OR if there are any guidelines put down by the community for making
accessibility changes.
