Please review a fix for the following issue:
   bug 6866747 J2SE_Swing_Reg:can not see any HSB tab

Evaluation: The test checks fields with RGB values on HSB tab. Now HSB 
is renamed into HSV and there are no RGB fields on the new tab. So the 
test is outdated and should be removed at all.
