Could you please review the following fix:

This is the first step of replacing @beaninfo support with annotations.
We should implement this functionality before the following issue:
http://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-7179078
which is needed for Java modularization.

Could you please to review this code?
Note, that the javadoc for new annotations is not ready yet.
I'll submit a CCC request when it is ready.
