<Swing Dev> Reviews in plain text?

I'm talking about email message format. The text is usually wrapped to 
the mail client window width, but if the text is placed in <pre> HTML 
element, it does not wrap. If a line of text is quite long, one has to 
scroll right to read the rest of the line, then scroll to the left to 
read the following paragraph…

Webrevs are the standard. I know I can use jdk.patch link to download 
the patch suitable for feeding to ‘patch’ command.
