<Swing Dev> RFR: 8198990 : Move SwingSet2 from closed to OpenJDK

You are welcome. It is one of those things which we did not have time to address in 2007 (!) due to higher priorities with the product code itself and after that the momentum was lost. A lot of the credit goes to Jeff Dinkins for the work on the images.
