<Swing Dev> [14] RFR JDK-8190763 - Class cast exception on (CompoundEdit) UndoableEditEvent.getEdit()

Hi all,
I have removed GridBagLayout() ,GridBagConstraints and author tag ,
moved dispose() call to EDT 
and changed the test name to TestCCEOnEditEvet.
