I think it makes sense to duplicate this information as it could prevent 
false failure, and raise the awareness of the required changes to macOS 
settings.

Could you also amend the summary to the list correct key combination?
- 27  * @summary CTRL + 1 does not show tooltip message for menu items
+ 27  * @summary CTRL + F1 does not show tooltip message for menu items
