<Swing Dev> RFR: 8258557: Deproblemlist fixed problemlisted test

javax/swing/PopupFactory/8048506/bug8048506.java was failing on windows in nightly mach5 testing but was later fixed in JDK-6847157 but this test was not removed from ProblemList. 
We can remove this test from problemlist now.
mach5 job running for several iteration on all platforms is ok. Link in JBS.
