<Swing Dev> RFR: Nimbus L&F Fix for 8041701 is causing some Nimbus tests to fail

This change is revert of fix for JDK-8041701 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8041701> .
The fix for JDK-8041701 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8041701> caused some internal NimbusLAF test to fail so need to reverted.
JDK-8041701 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8041701> will be reopened and re-worked for a proper fix.
