Hi All,

Please review the following test only fix for jdk15.

These tests were added to the ProblemList as they were failing 
continuously.
I have made some changes to properly dispose the frame to stabilize the 
tests. I have run multiple iterations of the tests on mach5 and they are 
always passing. Links in JBS.
