[threeten-dev] Switching to the OpenJDK threeten-dev repository

A reminder that as of the end of today (Dec 4th) we should
mainly be using the threeten-dev mercurial repository.
The change will allow more efficient integration with the JDK.

   http://openjdk.java.net/projects/threeten/

The github issue tracker will continue to be used on Github.

I will complete the merging of any commit from github through dated (Dec 
4th).
(This last round of updates has been particularly manual.)

I'll send an email when I have completed the merges.

After today, changes can be made to the github repository but each
developer will need to do their own merges into the threeten-dev 
repository.
