Some leftover clean up.

After this, we can change the package name of all tests to
test.javax.time and tck.javax.time respectively. The only thing left
is how to deal with three tests

TestZoneRulesBuilder.java

The last one I think can be simply deleted. The rulesbuilder and the 
compiler
tests can be "temporarily" removed and restore later when when have a
dedicated package for them as a tool.
