[threeten-dev] two issues with the repo

(1) It appears this changeset  disabled most of the tests

(2) It appears while the references to ZoneOffsetInfo class has been 
removed/updated, but
the class itself is still in the repo and there is one reference in the 
javadoc. I would assume
they both need to be removed.
