[threeten-dev] two issues with the repo

Hi Sherman,

Thanks for cleaning up. I thought I removed that change to build.xml.

The merging of the patches from Github to  TestFractionPrinter was real 
pain
because the test structure refactored.
I'll be very happy to get all the editing done in mercurial.

I'll be happy to clean up my own messes if you let me know.
