[threeten-dev] DateTimeFormatSymbols review

May 9th is supposed to be the last for "this" milestone, which is the 
planed "feature/API
done for JSR310". We should have more time for bug fix and "minor" API 
changes till D-day.
JSR310 can be done before Lambda is done, though.
