Hi,

JSR 310 passed its Public Review Ballot [21 Yes, 1 Abstention]

We will review the ballot comments and evaluate if changes are necessary.

To stay synchronized with the SE 8 release schedule JSR 310 will be 
entering the
Proposed Final Draft stage in January.  There have only been a few changes
since the Public Review Draft.

  * 8029909: Clarify equals/hashcode behavior for java.time types
  * 8030002: Enhance deserialization using readObject
  * 8029551: Add value-type notice to java.time classes
  * 8028092: Lint cleanup of java.time.format

The tentative Proposed Final Draft is attached.
