[threeten-dev] Building threeten

[Roger Riggs]

Hi,

I've been using the new Build-infra build (on linux so far) since it is 
quicker than the conventional one.
     http://openjdk.java.net/projects/build-infra/guide.html

It relies on Cygwin as a Linux lookalike shell and tools.

I'm will try out a Windows build to see if there are any kinks.
