[threeten-dev] CFV: New Threeten Committer: Masayoshi Okutsu

I hereby nominate Masayoshi Okutsu to threeten-dev Committer.

Okutsu-san is reviewer for the jdk8, jdk7, jdk7j and jdk6 projects and 
is making significant contributions to the Threeten project with a 
particular focus on internationalization and internationalized calendars.

Votes are due by Friday Jan 28.

Only current threeten-dev Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this 
nomination.

Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
