[threeten-dev] Review of webrev for #215 Remove rethowIOException method

Please review the webrev to resolve issue #215:
     Remove DateTimePrintException.rethrowIOException method

This method may not provide the semantics of exception handling needed
by the developer and is rarely discovered in the API.
Removing it is one less thing to maintain.
