[threeten-dev] Review rename of periodUntil() to until()

Issue #311 <https://github.com/ThreeTen/threeten/issues/311> recommends 
renaming the periodUntil method to until()
in the Temporal and ChronoLocalDate interfaces.
It affects the implementations of these interfaces and tests.
