[threeten-dev] Heads up for code freeze July 10

Hi,

The next phase of the SE 8 schedule is "Rampdown Start"  (July 18) in which
heightened scrutiny is given to changes and the focus is on fixing P1, 
P2 and P3 issues.
Part of the release tracking process involves a JBS bugid will be needed 
for every commit.

Since we have been making API changes there are the usual OpenJDK reviews
and additional internal reviews that precede the push to the TL 
repositories.

Changes that have been pushed to the ThreeTen repository by July 10th
are included in this milestone.
