[threeten-dev] Review for #304 change to encoding of BCP 47 calendar types

Hi,

Following from the change of the proposal in CLDR [2] to keep the 
calendar type
within the -ca- tag instead of introducing variants.

Please review the change to bring java.time in alignment with the proposal
and resolve issue #304.
