I propose that the ThreeTen[3] project should be dissolved. The
development of JSR 310 aka
ThreeTen aka java.time has been integrated into OpenJDK development
since JDK 1.8.

According to section 6 of the bylaws[1], the Committers of a Project may
decide, by Lazy Consensus[2], to request that a Project should be
dissolved. When a Project is dissolved its materials are archived. A
dissolved Project may be re-created by being re-proposed.

Votes are due by: 7 August2017.

Only current ThreeTen Committers[4] are eligible to vote.
Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.

The current list of committers are:

	Committer
rriggs
	Roger Riggs
misterm Michael Nascimento Santos
okutsu Masayoshi Okutsu
pzhang Patrick Zhang
rwarburton Richard Warburton
scolebourne Stephen Colebourne
sherman Xueming Shen

For Lazy Consensus voting instructions, see [2].

Thanks, Roger
