Type Annotations binary build (b69) available

I am again pleased to announce the latest binary builds of the JSR 308 
Reference Implementation are available at
http://jdk8.java.net/type-annotations

The builds were generated from the type-annotations/type-annotations 
forest on 12/21/2012.

Please see the Type Annotations project page for a link to the JSR 308 
Specification.

This forest is regularly updated from jdk8/jdk8 and jdk8/tl. Werner can 
provide exact details.
