I hereby nominate Werner M. Dietl to be a Committer for the Type
Annotations project.

Werner has worked with Project Lead Michael Ernst at the University of
Washington since 2009, and is the implementation lead for the JSR 308
compiler and associated utilities. Dozens of his changesets for javac
are visible in the jsr308-langtools repository at Google Code [3].

Votes are due by 21st February 2012.

Only current Type Annotations Committers [1] are eligible to vote on
this nomination. (This includes the Project Lead.)
