Printer/Pretty for type annotations

I saw somebody else add a test for Pretty-printing Trees.
I liked the idea and wanted something similar for type annotations.
And I found problems, which are now fixed.
Please have a look (and expand!) this test:

All tests continued to pass as before for me. Do let me know if you
see some unwanted change.
