Trouble with hg fclone of type-annotations

[David Katleman (Oracle)]

Started seeing error messages on the hg fclones for type-annotations 
around mid December:

hg fclone http://hg.openjdk.java.net/type-annotations/type-annotations

abort: HTTP Error 504: Gateway Time-out

I don't see problems with others, hosted on the same server

     http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/jdk8
