type-annotations on lambda expression

Hi Werner,
I saw the anonymous class changes and test request.  I have a test for 
that and just need to double check it (formatting mostly) and make a webev.
On another front, can I get a date estimate from you for the lambda 
expression support? I think I keep asking that. :)
I have a tentative test but would like to try an implementation. 
Currently, I think I'm seeing type-annotations only on method references.
