All,

will anything change in our development approach now that type
annotations are also in TL?
I assume I can still commit to the type-annotations repository and at
certain points we make official patches for TL.
How frequently do you want to sync?

Steve is not a committer to type-annotations. Should we change this,
so that he can add tests in type-annotations? Or should he add tests
in TL?

What is roughly our deadline for the next milestone?
