test for anon and inner classes

I had posted a test, then updated 
it(http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~ssides/8007339/webrev.02/), but now it 
looks to me to be outdated from what I recall last looking at. I 
suffered from a couple bugs (which have other test cases) which I think 
are now fixed.
Another todo, I need to check on this test and see what I have and what 
state it is in.
The other tests in the noted webrev are already put back, so don't use 
that one.
