Trouble with hg fclone of type-annotations

I agree.

It's the clones at 6am that fail.

When I try to reproduce it in the afternoons, there isn't a problem.

That's why I added John & Iris.   Perhaps there some process that is 
running on the server in the morning that is interfering with the 
ability to clone?
