typo in Runtime[In]VisibleTypeAnnotations_attribute definition?

Hi,

I think "u2 attribute_length;" should be replaced with "u4 
attribute_length;" in the definition of the 
Runtime[In]VisibleTypeAnnotations_attribute structure, in Section 3, in 
order to comply with the general format of attributes 
(http://docs.oracle.com/javase/specs/jvms/se7/html/jvms-4.html#jvms-4.7).
