[type-annos-observers] RetentionPolicy.CLASS too broad for TYPE_USE annotations ?

Sorry for using the wrong list. I was subscribed to the observers list and 
assumed that a message to the Reply-To: address of your original mail 
would also reach you.

Could you please have a look at these? Shouldn't be too late for that.
