Proposed Final Draft for JSR 308

Back in December [1], I announced a preview of the material for Proposed 
Final Draft, explaining how it had been incorporated into the 
specification for Java SE 8 (JSR 337). No comments were received.

I subsequently produced a standalone specification document which 
identified the JLS, JVMS, and SE API changes for JSR 308. I submitted it 
to the PMO last week as our Proposed Final Draft. It was published this 
week [2]. Please send any comments you may have.
