summing up type-specialization bytecode support

Hi,
I've put together a document [1] that collects all the info about the 
new attributes being emitted by javac. I think it is helpful to have a 
snapshot of the current state in a single document, especially if you 
are writing (or planning to write) a tool that relies on this new piece 
of information made available by javac.
