Broken link on project-website

Hi,

i think to link for Generic Specialization is broken. I think instead of
http://openjdk.java.net/jeps/8046267 it should be
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8046267.

Is there a way to fix such small typing error directly. Or is the
mailing-list always the best-way?
