Time to rebase on top of JDK 9 repository?

Hi,

on Mac I have a problem indicating something like this:

Mostly-Harmless:valhalla sven$ make images
Building target 'images' in configuration
'macosx-x86_64-normal-server-release'
/Users/sven/oss/openjdk/valhalla/hotspot/make/bsd/makefiles/gcc.make:324:
*** "Update compiler workarounds for Clang 7.0".  Stop.

I can build JDK9... without problems
