Time to rebase on top of JDK 9 repository?

This should have been fixed now. The root cause was this changeset:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/dev/rev/bea3a9e40c23

Which got pulled by the merge. I now have disabled doclint in this 
second place for 'anyutil'. Let me know how that goes.
