I hereby nominate Stanislav Smirnov (email: stanislav.smirnov at oracle.com ) to Committer role in Project Valhalla.

Stas (openjdk name: stsmirno)  works in the Hotspot JVM Runtime team and has already contributed 8 hotspot [1] and 1 idk [2] changesets to Valhalla.
