RFR 8183924: [MVT] -Djava.lang.invoke.MethodHandle.DUMP_CLASS_FILES=true fails to dump DVT

Hi,
this is a simple fix for an issue in DUMP_CLASS_FILES support - if the 
DVT is generated inside a package, the support fails to create the 
required dirs, causing an error.
