Crash with "assert(number_of_codes <= 256) failed: too many bytecodes"

This is just the test running with Xverify:all - the
MinimalValueType_1_0 class has a reference to __Value, and that
reference has the mangled ClassInfo, so that is causing the verifier to
fail.
