hg: valhalla/valhalla: [lworld] temp - disable intrinsic support for arraycopy in C1

Sorry my check-in message was a bit unclear --

I disabled inlining of arraycopy in C1, so we can run more test cases 
without crashing. I plan to implement arraycopy for C1 after getting the 
more basic stuff to work.

This doesn't affect C2.
