[lworld] New "L-World" implementation branch created

Hi,

I have pushed a new branch named "lworld" into the valhalla project 
repository. We had talked about calling it "vt", but I couldn't bring 
myself to do it.

The branch has been seeded with "mvt". The intention is to transform 
this by removing the method handle interface and "v-bytecodes", until we 
have something resembling the "L-World" proposal.
